The icing on the cake!  Taking  a boring piece of solid cake and turn it into something extraordinary! 

The icing on your cake is going to be the first thing you and your guests will see when they look at your cake table.  The fillings are what turn the flavor of an ordinary cake into an extraordinary one.  Don't see what you're looking for on this guide, just ask and we'll see what we can do.  We also specialize in fondant work.  Be aware that the sun and warm temperatures can cause problems with some frostings/fillings.  Some frostings and fillings also need to be refrigerated as long as possible and after serving in order to ensure food safety.  Most frostings listed are completely homemade whenever possible. 

Our Homemade Fondant
Select from flavorings such as Raspberry, Strawberry, Cherry, White Chocolate, Maple, Caramel, Honey (we only use pure Wisconsin Honey for this flavor!)

Couture Fondant
We scoured the planet for a fondant that is just as good as the filling of a chocolate sandwich cookie.  This premium fondant is the best we've ever tasted (even better than our homemade fondant!). 

Rolled Buttercream
Still scared of using fondant but love the look?  We've got you covered with a layer of rolled buttercream.   

Modeling Chocolate
Made from scratch, modeling chocolate is a simple way to cover the outside of your cake or for design features.

Traditional American Buttercream (some flavors not available for outer coating)
Almond/Vanilla (our standard cake outer coating and filling on simple designs)
Cherry, Strawberry, Raspberry, (imitation) Pecan, Maple, Chocolate, Caramel, Lemon, Orange, Root Beer, Pina Colada, Cookies 'n Cream, Coconut, Kalua, Creme de Menthe 

Vegetarian Buttercream (also recommended for warm-weather receptions)
Same flavors/filling options as traditional American buttercream.

Chocolate Buttercream
This is an absolutely mouth watering frosting for the chocolate lover!

Cream Cheese Frosting
Available with or without a hint of orange flavor!

Swiss Meringue Buttercream
This frosting's purpose is best served under a coating of fondant or in the creation of shaped cakes.  It holds its shape very well when cooled so that shapes are as true to form as possible.  This frosting is not recommended as an outer coat on cakes or for warm weather situations.  This is a frosting for the whipped icing lover who doesn't like their frosting with much sweetness.

Non-Dairy Whipped Frosting
For the person who loves the frosting most grocery store chains use, this one's for you!  This frosting takes flavoring extremely well and is perfect for the bride on a budget.  This frosting compliments our Blueberry and Raspberries & Cream cakes perfectly!  This frosting's only drawback is that it does not lend itself to a coating of fondant or many colorings.
